Hold an Unforgettable Outing at Quail Ridge

At Quail Ridge Golf Course in one of America’s favorite small towns, Winfield, Kansas, you will find a course with an intriguing layout that makes a wonderful site for your next golf outing or tournament for your business or organization. This is a course that provides a real getaway experience, a place to escape the pressures of the outside world on gentle bluegrass fairways framed by tall trees and edged with creeks and luxuriant stands of native grasses.

We hold about 100 outings per year, including charity events, outings for groups of relatives and friends, tournaments for business groups and associations. All that experience in hosting groups really benefits you when you choose Quail Ridge as a tournament site. You’ll find no matter what the size of your group – as few as 16 people or as many as 144 – you’ll get the same personal attention and thoughtful consideration. Whether you’re entertaining donors, clients, customers, friends or family, we treat your group with professional care and we put you first. You are our special guests for the day, and we appreciate your visit to our course. You’ll want to call soon to pick out a date for your outing.

With its doglegs and ponds and creeks, our course can offer excellent tests for more experienced golfers. Yet our length as well as three sets of tee boxes makes it possible for all players in your group to enjoy themselves.

We can help your group with:

Handicapping and pairings.

Rules sheets and hole location information

Final scorings and postings of tournament results.

Pro shop gift certificates and tee prizes.

On-site management by PGA professionals.

Set-up for special contests: long-drive and closest-to-the pin events, or even greatest number of balls hit out-of-bounds or into our creeks.

Click here for more information or to set a date for your outing, contact PGA head golf professional Ryan Kygar at (620) 221-5645,  (800) 676-3880, fax (620) 221-5588.

Every detail will be managed by our PGA professionals, who can also arrange a warm-up on our range beforehand.

Per person fees:

Weekdays (Monday – Thursday) discounted rate of $32; Weekends $36.

Your fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart and an $8 per player coupon redeemable in the Golf Shop. You can actually pool those $8 coupons into a prize fund that will allow you to award golf shop gift certificates to be presented to your tournament winners and/or special event winners.

We encourage you to award gift certificates to our golf shop to your winners. Giving cash as prizes violates the USGA rules of golf. During the season the golf shop is fully stocked with quality merchandise.

After a challenging day on Quail Ridge Golf Course, you can provide a hearty lunch or dinner to your players. Many groups hold their final banquet event on our covered patio in the scoreboard area. Our barbecues and more elaborate meals are catered by The Ridge Restaurant which can also host banquets in its dining rooms.
